Really interesting dining and lounging experience. Drinks were great (rare options can be found including wine and spirits). There are two separate menus for lounging and dining areas. When you book you need to pick which area (dining will be harder to book as there are only 8 seats). We basically ordered everything. Service was very good (rare for singapore).

An amazing experience in Appetite, with different areas to sit, the experimental kitchen which is the size of a house kitchen, a listening area with vinyl players and a sound system that is a great place to chill and drink and a cozy area that can appreciate the art along the hallway. Appetite is definitely an experience to enjoy right above their parent restaurant Nouri.

It’s an open secret that Appetite is THE coolest spot on Amoy Street right now. I love the novelty of its location; nondescript door next to Nouri, up the stairs and you’ll have to ring a doorbell to get into the place. Once you’re in, you transcend to a wonderful sensory experience. It’s hard to imagine another place in Singapore that nails all three elements that make a great restaurant: phenomenal food, amazing ambience with vinyl records playing and warm, thoughtful service. The foie gras toast deserves to be highlighted. Great for celebrating a special occasion, or to impress a special someone. Don’t miss out their incredible art program that changes every 3 months. Staff is always more than happy to give you a tour of the place. Hands down will return again (and again and again!) for the immaculate service, food and art.

Review for the Appetite music lounge: 4 for food, 5 for music and ambience, 4 for service, 3 for cocktails, 1 for drink prices... the $48 per glass pre-prepared bottled cocktails are absolute blasphemy, even for the most fine dining of restaurants. Food (snacks) were delicious and reasonably priced, and otherwise a great place to hang out.

Amazing experience. Highly recommended. We were at the art lounge. The service, customer focus, warmth, music, food and drinks - all a benchmark. The vinyl collection - to die for. Chef DJ spinning 80s rock made it even better. Will be back again.

Very interesting and exclusive concept. You have a kitchen for 10 people where they cook in front of you some dishes. Also upstairs there is a big living room with sofas where you can chill and have some drinks (And food.). On Saturday they play classic rock vinyls. Also there is an art gallery. Great selection of wines and the tasting menu was very creative with some Spanish dishes. Staff is very kind and professional. Top service. Perhaps the only cons I can say that it's pricey (but everything is Expensive in Singapore).

Technically perfected food in a very cozy, hygge and hip ambience. I love how they do foie gras sauce, brocoli, mushrooms! They are really good at spices and blending different tastes of sweet, sour and salty. Friendly staff as well. The cost of omakase dinner was $225/pax before gst.

It’s always a good time at Appetite. The service is impeccable. They are fun and personable yet so knowledgeable about their ingredients, wine, art, music and more. The atmosphere emulates their hospitality-makes you feel at home (albeit a very nice classy cool home). The ultimate special occasion/ treat yo self restaurant that doesn’t disappoint.
