U may have walked past this place many times. It looks simple like any cafe but jarrells is someone you should get to know better. Food menu is not extensive but packs the best food u ever need. Price wise is as per any cafe along the street... but do check out eatigo for a good deal. Food wise... just let the photos do the talking. I'm too full to talk.

Great place with super friendly staff that is more than happy to give recommendations. My friend had some oysters to start and mentioned that they were really fresh. I had the chilli crab pasta which was really good with fresh crab meat but was also a little too spicy for me. (For those with low tolerance, may want to try asking if they can make it a little less spicy). The prawn paste chicken burger was good too. Chicken was crispy outside and tender inside and not overly salty either. My friend liked the chilli that came with it but I was not a fan as it had a very distinct taste. While their desserts are limited, but unique. As I'm not a fan of coffee, the milo tiramisu was a nice change. The honeycomb bits in it also remindes me of Maltesers chocolates. The bailey's pana cotta was not bad too as it offered a unique blend of flavours. Overall had a good experience and would definitely go there again when I can.

Good food good ambience and good service! This is a nice place to chilll out at! The pasta is a little to the harder side so depends on your preference. I think it was quite ok after a few mouth!

Excellent pastas! Mushroom aglio olio was packed with umami and the right kick of spiciness. Ample olive oil and garlic. :) Quite substantial portions. Speedy and pleasant service. Eccentric, interesting decor from a good mix of shows - the art looks hand painted, which if true is really impressive! Went at 11.30am on a weekday and it was empty, but got progressively fuller closer to lunchtime. Worth coming back next time for lunch / dinner to try other menu items and drinks.

Undeniably one of the best places I've dined in this year! A must try for local foodies and tourists who are looking for hidden gems buried throughout Singapore. Hats off to the team of Chefs at Jarrell's!

Interesting bistro with interesting twist on their menu. The 'har cheong gai' burger was nicely done, delicious!! Instead of the usual chilli sauce on your burger, they served sambal chilli ?? The panna cotta dessert was surprisingly good too. Great place with great set lunches!

The pastas were a little hard but thats fine. The squid ink flavor with king-size prawns addition (really big) was delicious. The lala in the small kettle pot is a must-try dish but its spicy. Luv the deco with wall cartoons. Nice!

Pork chop is over rated, came in very thin slice and tough. Look very far from the menu photo. Chili crab pasta sauce is too starchy and too stingy on the crab meat. Prawn paste chicken came in different sizes, not standardized. Taste was ok. The worst is the truffle fries. Taste frozen despite the scent of truffle oil.
