J	Jean Ee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides their hard sell tactics which i did my best to put up with, they are very unprofessional to leave their customers alone in the room with a steamer or a machine over their head. Worst is during a facial treatment, the beautician zapped off part of my brow and did not have the integrity to inform me or take initiative to make up for her mistake. I got a shock when i reached home and looked at myself in the mirror. When i informed them, they took hours to reply and eventually when they did, they only offered free ampoules for next facial treatment. It doesn't at all make up for my uneven brows which will take long to grow back to its original state! Once i finish my package, i will never go back to such dishonest and insincere "professionals".

They told me I was able to use my existing massage package and convert to their facial treatments. But after I was done with the facial treatment, they told me I had to actually top up with my existing package and “purchase” the facial treatments instead. In the end I had to pay >$300 for that one session of facial! Update: Because I refuse to purchase more package from them, I am now considered a non-member and hence they don’t allow me to make bookings on weekends cause those are reserved for their members only- even if there are slots available. Seriously??!
J	Jaslin Babe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing facials for over 10 years and have been to many salons.Apple skin is one of the best salons I've visited with a high leave of professionalism and attention to detail.The salon is clean and has a nice ambience which makes me feel relaxed during each visit.My beautician is Sun who is very knowledgeable in skincare and understands my needs.She is sensitive to all my concerns and we share a friendship unlike the usual employee_customer relationship.Friendly ,no hard_sell,and gives great shoulder massages too! Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable and effective regularly facial place.I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a reliable facial salon.
b	batman roger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor attitude. Bought two packages through Amy in the previous facial centre and she challenged me to go to CASE if not sorry, the beauticians can't serve me. She said my sessions are cheap and have to buy a third facial package in order to enjoy the previous packages. She would ask her staff to come over as like a team support and explain how expensive their machines are and that my packages cannot afford the machines. Hardshell and very impolite to their clients if they don't buy. Don't believe? Go and waste your money here.

A shout out to my beauty consultant Alice, she have been very helpful and patient especially when my skin is in bad condition, she spend 3.5 hours to unclog my skin and prevent further outbreak. She also share some cleaning and maintaining tip with me so my skin condition will get better.

I like the fact that they provided us with water before and after the session. The ambiance was very conducive too. Ann was my esthetician. She always make sure that I am doing during my treatment and she handled my skin well. She also shared with me her knowledge about skin care. I truly appreciate their kindness and care am looking forward to my next appointment. Keep up the good works. ?
