★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience twice... bad customer service and staffs attitude.. im able to identify the cooker rubber but not the right size... seeking out for help and the person pretend as not hearing anything and run away to 3rd floor.. reach to level 1 for help and the person said they dont have stock.. i see the products with my own eyes but he have no intention to help and answered nothing is available... for sure im not going to visit this shop anymore.. poor thing there is no floor or store supervisor or manager too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 4th floor they have good sarees, however the staff is most unfriendly I have ever seen. They refuse to open sarees , you cannot try it and much more. I some time feel these sales women just don't want to work and relax in their little adobe. When we complained about their attitude to manager he was even a bigger stupid. Anyway go there only if you want to feel insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a wet grinder at Apollo Chellappas and it stopped working after single usage . Then I returned it for repair within one week of its purchase and since then the wet grinder is there for few weeks without any updates, when I called the concerned person he j juz dragging the date to return by giving lame excuses like festival function and new store opening. During the purchase the sales speak very nicely and after the repair no one cares about it and giving such kind of service.

The ideal of ganesha was as same as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the new showroom to repair a Hawkins cooker handle. Mr.Rajah Chandran attended to the repair & indeed the work was not that easy thanks to the old model. Mr. Raja exhibited patience & diligence to complete the work.I wish to extend my appreciation for his extra mile service & customer centric attitude.I very much hope that the management recognises his service as a staff. Store also not enough place ,
cannot enter board more place sticker
Please shop owner good item only sale
Store sales man and women reject item don't mix good item
Quality control very bad
