L	Loh Pebbie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered some 200 dollars of food 24 hours ago. 3 items were missing and we have informed oodle and restaurant. NO response thus far from restaurant about refund. Mutton briyani is good but Ghandi restaurant beats it hands down taste. Cannot comment on chicken mysore, fish curry and poori as they were not delivered but charged. Most unprofessional in not responding. Despite response to google post and email asking for paynow to refund the 3 missing items, nothing has been refunded as of today, like more than 3 or 4 days ago when paynow detail was provided. WHY ASK FOR PAYNOW DETAILS IF THERE IS NO INTENTION TO MAKE REFUND? Visit your restaurant? You must be joking after such poor service!
H	Heaven Italionase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular almost for 6 years. Over the years the standard just drop tremendously. Not open to take feedback, we ordered sweet paniaaram. The sugar syrup full of small ants and insects. Feedback to the worker, and cashier. Just say isit. Then continue to do their work. Very unprofessional. Even the cleanest. Not up to standard. So dirty. Hope their standard improve.

Lots of dishes, I tried thosai, tandoori chicken set and masala tea. The dhals are superb! Several dishes comes with unlimited popadoms! Just ask the waiter for more! Nearly a 5 stars not for its higher pricing. Will be going back again!

Toilet sink had residue of people's spit. Service was abit sad because we came first but others got served faster. So that's where the missing star went to:(

The chicken is definitely very old and cold, and not even sure if it is even still edible! Would give 0 stars if possible. Never expected this kind of quality from Sakunthalas. Total rip off and highly not recommended!! After their reply this review , i wasted my time by sending a mail to them on Mar 18 , today is 22 But no reply

We are order the mutton meal and chicken briyani... Both was no taste only... Not able to have that... I order Masala dosa that taste also somewhat... Not like it.. Only Sambar taste was good... Never come again!

Value for money as it comes with an egg, raita, poppadum and free flow of rice. The bhindi fry, pepper mutton and lassi was also excellent. The restaurant was also newly renovated and all the staff from the safe entry aunty and manager were very friendly and warm. Will definitely come back again!
