Was a student here back in year 2000. Learning environment was fun & lighthearted. Techniques taught were good!

A good swimming school with patient coaches with strong emphasis on the correct stroke techniques.

Staff is rude and their administration sucks.. applied for giro 4 months ago and still haven’t set up cos of their incompetence eg wrong form, late submission etc. Then they call me to complain every month. Should have an option to pay by nets or bank transfer other than cash or cheque only. Staff also stand very close to each other at the counter gossiping, no social distancing. Haven’t gotten any feedback on my child’s swimming so far and coaches keep changing

I am withdrawing from my children enrollment into this school. Reasons :- 1. Admin Team is simply not functioning. Bold and blant interaction extended on our initial approach. Much of curiosity if they know what is about “customer service“ ? It is a solid fact they are the major factor of turning away the business with their interactional manners. 2. Not responsive at all. Class assessments done and there is either update nor response since then. Although we have approached numerous times physically to the school and emails to admin, no response till today. Inquires are simply abandoned. Assessment Date :- No news for 3 weeks. 27th Mar 3rd Apr Visited Reception :- 3rd Apr A staff responded they will be in touch on the following day. The promised is clearly ignored. Emails Dated :- 11th Apr - No reply 13th Apr - Redirected to other dep. 14th Apr - No reply 3. Cleanliness Toilet and Changing Room unhygienic with lots of wet hairs sticking on the floor and strong ammonia smell. There is no attention/awareness of cleanliness extended. Exception :- 1. Coaches seemed very committed and passionate conducting lessons. Conclusion :- It is utterly unfortunate because of this rather blant, uncourteous and unfriendly Admin Team handle clients inquiries. Resulting swimming enthusiasts have to look out for other school because of these unreasonable reasons. Significant time and effort have lost. How we wish all those elements can be reimbursed - Yes, it is impossible as equally as to change this school business attitude. We shall move on.
