The installer was also helpful and share afew helpful tips. If you are looking for a tankless dispenser and have kids, look no further this brand has a child button that allows your child to dispense water on their own without them shouting from the kitchen.

The guy who came to install for me also very knowledgeable and the piping conceal through my kitchen cabinet. Simple function and easy to use akaline water dispenser. Got the june promo FOC a room air purifier and some BeVita shower filter. Nice product and comes with 2 years warranty and 3 extra set filter change. Nice deal. ???

Kudo to Kris who is the customer representative, he is super patent and don’t mind to answer my questions out of his working hour. And give a lot of detail on how’s the installation and address all product question. Previously I was about to purchase another brand but end up their customers services was really bad, slow response and give me wrong product info. I am glad that finally I switched my mind to AquaKent with reasonable pricing and great customer service! ??

I did some product research and found AquaKent offers the most value for money without discounting on it’s technology and design. The nett price offered was reasonably affordable unlike those products that used celebrity ambassadors. The unit was made in Korea and with LG compressor! Arrangement for installation was based on their schedule and the process was neat! The Pearl series was simple to operate and with child lock function too! If unlock, the child can only dispense cold water by touching the icon at the bottom right….I think this is a brilliant safety feature! Get in touch with Kriz and he’ll assist you!

Installation was done in less than half an hr. Forgot to get his name but he was a very nice guy who explained the functions and also what he’s doing. In all highly recommended. Water tastes good too. Very happy with my purchase.
