Received an SMS notice on 5 Jul 2022 for order of 1X Sterra Air Purifier via Lazada. The SMS promised delivery of item within the next business day, i.e. 6 Jul 2022. Product recipient and I waited the whole day for the receipt of the item, but the item was never delivered. What's really appalling was that, a notification for "item has been delivered" was sent through at 8.33pm. A refund request was subsequently lodged through Lazada App and rejected the very next day. What an unprofessional company. We will pursue and escalate the matter, for we will not be SCAMMED. Update: We called the Sterra Customer Service hotline this morning to express our intention to cancel if Item was not delivered within the day/ the next business day at latest. Our home improvement program was due to commence on Sat, meaning that there’d be inordinate amount of dust. My mother has asthma and we would rather choose an alternative brand that can deliver before Sat. Grateful that customer service officer Alex escalated the case to her operations team and expedited delivery of item today. Nevertheless, Sterra has lost our trust with its appalling service. We would rather visit other brands in the future.

Order No: S114572 Pre-order item. I need to wait till beginning of Aug and I understand. Called up to check to make sure there’s delivery in Sat. They said yes. Emailed me to say that all Aug slot is not available. Then when Sep or Oct? This suppose to be a house warming gift. Till today no reply yet. They cannot solve my problem. Please do re-consider buying from them. You will get frustration on the waiting time.

Just gotten my Sterra Moon. Really great buy and the wind is really strong! The price is really competitive too. Recommend it for all!
