★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare toddler swim school with a heated indoor pool so we don't have to worry if it rains, class can still carry on. My son likes Coach Mike as he is very friendly & has a way with kids which makes him easily likable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 4pm slot for my girl, paid for it, session was confirmed through WhatsApp the day before (confirmation initiated by Aquabambinos, we were even told to be there 15mins earlier for registration).
On actual day, we reached the pool at 3.45pm but the place was closed (doors locked, lights were out). No one was there. So we called Aquabambinos through their company number and WhatsApp number multiple times but got no response. Waited till 4pm, still no news. I checked our WhatsApp confirmation on date, timing and location again (it’s the correct session) but alas, still no outcome for the situation we were in.
Left at 4.05pm. Still no answer from the company on what’s going on at 4.54pm.
Utterly disappointed by the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve brought our 2 year old daughter for swim classes her the past 6 months. The instructors are very patient as our child gradually builds her courage to swim and play in the water. Classes are 30 mins long and class sizes are normally 3-5 babies with 1 parent accompanying. We’ve been regularly going for Saturday morning classes (we picked 10am). Highly recommended for parents who want to build swim confidence and exposure for their kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was feeling excited to check out this school after seeing engaging activities done during a swimming class on their social media. The new centre (Piccadilly) was another great pulling factor due to the proximity from home.
Therefore, I arranged for a trial session and was requested to pay beforehand to ensure that the booking is confirmed. After payment was made, I sent them at least 1 message per day and yet, no reply from them for 4 days until I requested for a refund. Their reason for delayed response was "due to the overwhelming incoming messages", which I find it unprofessional and unacceptable.
Subsequently, they agreed with a refund, but no actions were carried out. Messages sent were either "blue-ticked" or unread (grey tick on WA).
I would highly recommend prospective parents to choose OTHER swimming schools instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls have been going for quite a while now - water temp is perfect. Coaches have been very patient and my girls enjoy swimming a lot here. Will definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach is good but the administration is slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Communication via whatsapp is slow to be responded and attended. The classes were suspended during pandemic time and the school forgot to inform when the classes are resumed until one day I proactively enquired. Overall, the administration service is not professional and attentive. If you would like to send your child here, just be prepared with the service you will get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pity for the coaches who put in the hard work. The admin portion of the school is handled horribly. The person who manages the whatsapp channel has the professionalism of a 12 years old. I refuse to entertain the idea that the admin has “tried their best”. How hard is it to look into the calendar, confirm the slots in writing, and communicate when there is change? We are not asking them to do anything unreasonable here.
The company better look into it or there won’t be any business left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team of patient coaches- special mention to coach Darryl who spent weeks coaxing my son to even get near to the edge of the swimming pool. Week after week he followed my son’s pace, never once trying to speed up the process. And as a result, my son gradually gained confidence and most of all, trusted his coach. Agree that there’re shortcomings in their administration but they are trying their best.
