★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love aquaspin and everything about it. It's fun as the programmes are well planned so you get an all-body workout using water as the resistance. Plus being in the water gives you a calming and cooling feeling, which to me, beats sweating it out in the gym or jogging in the park – by a long mile! It's suitable for anyone, at any age and at any fitness level. I highly recommend aquaspin to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic full body workout, perfect for Singapores hot climate - what could be better than working out in the water! Absolutely no impact so it’s gentle on knees unlike other high impact fitness classes. It can be customized if you have an existing injury or for expectant mums too. Instructors are encouraging and make the class so much fun. It’s a winner all round really ?
