A relaxing & quiet place. Car park reserved for members only. Public visitor park at Downtown East. Less crowded even at weekends. Some renovation in progress. Lift out of service. Spacious room. Less noisy & busy compared to Downtown East. There are prawn fishing ponds available for leisure. Canteen food/price acceptable. Pub located at 1st level.

Reasonable price and with complementary parking, good place for rest and bbq.Great will book again

The wall plugs inthw bedroom are terribly place on top of the dressing table. Unable to use for anything unless u bring your own adapter. What kinda of electrician did you use, brainless....

Rooms are big and clean, but nothing much else though. BBQ pits are closed and will definitely add so much more to the experience.

Old chalet but still very well maintained. Spacious enough for a birthday party. It would be perfect if their staff could be more helpful with the check in/out time. Regular check in time at 3pm, out at 11am. Only managed to get early check in at 2.30pm but documentation only completes at 2.45pm. Memo in unit states late check out 1pm but staff claimed they need the room for turnover and refused to extend. Rate paid for one night is technically less than 24 hr stay.

Stayed a few nights at executive suites. Good 1. Room was clean and spacious 2. Not noisy 3. 5mins walk to the nearby mall Room for improvement 1. Cannot leave luggage at counter since can only check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. 2. Cannot use the facilities (swimming pool) on actual check in day before check in timing at 3pm. Also cannot use swimming pool after check out at 11am. 3. Have to pay extra for using swimming pool towels. 4. Have to walk through 3 air-conditioned areas (2 lobby and 1 restaurant) after a swim to return to the room. (imagine doing this with your kids) 5. Sofa was old and worn 6. No guard rails at certain sections of the walkway towards the rooms. Persons (esp. elderly or kids) could fall into the deep drains. 7. The blankets were miserable. More like a towel instead. My own view only - won't return to this place and won't recommend to my friends - money better spent at elsewhere (e.g. civil service apartments) - alot of cannot this or that; it does not really take a lot to provide the above mentioned esp. if you are in the hospitality business. - give you the feeling this place is not striving for excellence, just passing time

I had a pleasant 2 night stay here, the place was big and relatively clean. I loved the pool and there were few people since it is the weekdays. A pity i couldn't have access to other facilities like gym or suana as they are for members only. It would be much more fun if the bbq pits were opened.
