It was always a good gathering with my friends at this lovely club. Good band music today. Not sure about other days. Food was great with wonderful atmosphere. Cheers!

Visited for a competition, course was well maintained, course staff were friendly and helpful. Difficult course and need to know where a good miss is to feel like you’ve played it well.

The secluded location accompanied by the lush greenery gives the place an exclusive feel when traveling. I had dinner at the restaurant Seletar Terrace which my food took more than 30min to arrive probably due to the large crowd and shortage of manpower on a weekend night. It was a blessing in disguise as this was also the reason I was allowed to cancel my other orders — I got too full from the overly salty pasta. As I was sitting at the outdoor area, I was very lucky to be able to experience the free second hand smoke from the cigar party at the 5 tables around me. While I was eating my pizza, a waitress approached me and reprimanded me for wearing slippers into the restaurant in her thickest Malaysian chinese accent. I was definitely not aware of the dress code. However, I noticed that many people who were also wearing slippers at the restaurant, whom she did not approach. I was thankful for her lack of consistency as this means that other people can enjoy their dinner in peace. Ah, it didn’t seem like a restaurant as the ambience felt exactly like the hawker centre at east coast park. I secretly thought my slippers were befitting. Wanted to give 1 star as my kidneys were not damaged by the free flow salt they have, but added another because the manager with a cool tattoo on his right arm was a nice chap with great service. Will definitely patronize the “restaurant” again but in covered shoes. cheers

Today visited the terrace dinning area for a late lunch with my daughter after school. We sat at the outmost place which is the nearest to the golf course. Really fabulous view and cheap but good quality food, net price no gst no service charge The prawn in the seafood ho fan is very BIG... A bit noisy at that time as many uncles and unties finished their playing golf and chit chat there... Definitely will visit again with my whole family next time to try the laksa which looks soooo yummy

We drove all the way Seletar Country Club and had dinner at the Terrace cafe. If not for the rain, the view would be picturesque. We ordered the fried carrot cake black version, fired carrot cake white version, hokkien noodles, curry chicken with prata. The fried carrot cakes did not disappoint. The taste is delicious and a joy for the palettes. The hokkien noodle is good. Ordered a chendol for dessert. It is ordinary but sufficient for the stomach. The customer service is average given that there are short of manpower. The price point is reasonable. It is definitely worth a repeat visit if I am in the neighborhood.

Seletar Country Club is a nostalgia but an authentic and cozy club...the staff is so easy going and the members are all engaging. The food served are very yummy and also service is excellent...love the Club so much..which has a real serenity.

Seletar Country Club is a country club situated in northern Singapore, in a secluded area on a small hill that overlooks the Lower Seletar Reservoir and The Johor Straits. It's outer design is meant to give it a rustic, cozy feeling. Being in a secluded area, it is not near other places. It will take you a minimum of 20 - 25 minutes to go from the club to any other location. In terms of size, it is country-club worthy with a separate ground for golf, a court of tennis, an indoor area designed for gym-related activities and a fairly-sized swimming pool amongst others. The swimming pool is quite enjoyable for families as it is only slightly higher than younger kids, and for a person of 5 feet the water level reaches until their waist. They also have a slide you can reach by climbing on the flat, wet rocks and a jacuzzi that you can also reach the same way. Leaves and twigs do fall into the jacuzzi and the slide, however that should be expected by people using them as there are multiple trees of different sizes towering over both of them. Refrain from sitting on the floor of the jacuzzi unless you want to be poked or scratched by fallen sticks there. The only consequence of playing in the pool is the fact that there is no signboard or floating rope to act as a warning before the pool slopes down to a depth of around 1.8 metres. The place has been newly renovated which means that the country club has altered the facilities in terms of design and sizes and equipment provided. It is however, not completely done up as you will find debris and materials in certain sections of the country club. The bathrooms are in all honesty, beyond the expectations of the average person visiting. For instance, the female bathrooms have a sliding entrance door which immediately leads to a mini bench(although you will not think to use when you have actually entered the bathroom). Upon crossing it, there is a section to the right with a singular massage chair, and to the left you will see a central area of a sort. The lit-up mirrors and sinks are in the middle of the bathroom. To the right there are lockers, each a good 2 feet in height and 1 foot in length. There are cushioned sofas and separate medium to large-sized mirrors in another section for hair-drying and make-up purposes. Yes, they do provide a hair dryer and an assortment of serums and others. A door leading out of that large section of the entire bathroom leads to the actual toilets. Another door leads to the shower areas and the sauna room. There are shower mats, a ledge for sitting, some shower gel and some shampoo given. We had dinner at the inhouse restaurant. The food was definitely pricey, and guests who are naturally money-minded will not feel comfortable there. They do have special pricing for members though. Most of the menu options are part of the local cuisine, with carrot cake, hor fun and char kuey teow being some examples of them. There are other options listed that are part of the local cuisine, but usually not provided in other restaurants such as turmeric chicken. Portions are very satisfying and toppings are not given in excess but are not stingily given. On the other hand, the western cuisine does not in any way tantalise tastebuds. The pizza base tastes different and the hawaiian pizza has more pineapple than cheese, basil or tomato on it. The chicken chops are not worth the price with its dryness and almost complete lack of flavour. The chicken was placed on the fries almost as if without thought. As such, the fries were served soggy and without flavour. There are several facilities that the country club provides with a Japanese restaurant, a bowling area and another area for table tennis to say the least. In a nutshell, I would go there again for recreational and calming purposes. For food though, the current inhouse would not be my first choice. The food lacks soul and flavour.

I love this place! It's extremely beautiful and it feels like a resort. Many are here for golfing and company team buliding events. Everyone is friendly & they have a beautiful ballroom for weddings. Recommend to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen. Saw Famous Palace and Jo Japanese Restaurant opening up soon.
