Top notch service as expected from Japanese.
Fresh cut fishes daily. Interesting fishes. Lots of variety.
Affordable pricing.
Had Omakase Don at $35. Try many unique fish which I never had the chance to unless I at some high ses eating place.
They had katte Don day so follow their page to know more. Katte Don is make your own sashimi Don basically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A limited selection of ready-to-eat pre-sliced sashimi and kaisendon. But a good variety of less common varieties of fish that were fresh and of good quality.
Kaisendon (samegarei/roughskin sole, hirame/flatfish, ikura, ika, isaki/chicken grunt, uni, kanpachi, nodoguro/black throat sea perch, buri/yellowtail, tachiuo/scabbard fish, ishidai/striped beakfish, katsuo/skipjack tuna) ($45) - All fresh. Good textures and flavours, except the uni, which was mushy.
Sashimi (abalone, botan ebi, nishin/herring, sawara/Spanish mackerel, kanpachi/greater amberjack, menuke/red rockfish) ($40) - All fresh. Good textures and flavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legit good vibes. Picked our favorites to make katte don 勝手丼 - everything was fresh and very yummy. This shop also sells a good variety of seafood plus frozen items like kaki fry / fried oysters. I will be back very soon to buy more things ?
