Sheryl accommodated to my schedule, was responsive to my queries and quickly met me to pick the tiles. She was thorough in recommendation and gave good ideas to meet my needs. Her team did a clean and quick job and what was even better was the price she offered was also significantly cheaper than other places that I asked for quotation. Will definitely recommend them to others. Is a good idea to pop by their office to pick out the tiles for yourself, I picked Vanilla Oak and the room looks a lot brighter which was what I was looking for!

I was served by Account Manager, Rachel Lim. She is detailed and her service is impeccable. She invited us to her showroom and explained the different types of wood flooring, their pros and cons. We ended up choosing vinyl as it is easy to maintain and durable. We were unsure of which color to choose and she went the extra mile to check with her other customers (those job in progress) if we could visit the site to have a better feel. Throughout the process, there were constant communications. There bound to be defects in any renovation, it is never 100% flawless. Most importantly, she went through these defects with us and arranged for rectification. I would highly recommend Arc Floor to anyone who is looking to renovate their floor.
