Alester did a great job on fixing my stubborn and lifeless hair. I didn't ask for anything, he and Steven knew what to do with my hair. They even picked the perfect hair colour for me. Plus, Alester and Steven were very friendly — customer service is as superb as the hair services! I highly recommend this salon. It may be a bit far from the city but the journey is worth it! ?

A	Arianne New on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alester cut my hair and styled it today. My hair was previously waist-length, but it was cut and styled into a very pretty bob. He was really friendly and sweet, having actual interest in his customers. He was also professional with his techniques, and I felt I really could trust him with my hair. Both him and Steven make the salon a fun and cheerful place to be in with their great service and standards. Steven also cut my partner's hair last week, and managed to trim and style his notoriously difficult hair. My partner's head is slightly indented, and a good haircut is hard to come by for him. Yet, Steven has consistently cut, shaped and styled his hair well on over three different occasions. I look forward to coming back!

It was cozy, and ambient environment with warm and friendly smile by Steven and Alester. My hairstylist was Alester, he had made the suggestion on cut short my hair, chose a suitable hair color and to reform my dry and frizzy hair to silky via hair botox treatment. Overall, their service quality were good, indeed a pleasant haircut experience.

I had long, lifeless hair and my dye was always patchy as I used random shampoo dyes from watsons. Alester cut my long hair into medium length and layered it beautifully to give it life and volume. I love the outcome so much and they made the entire experience such a comfortable and fun one. Initially I wanted to do a perm as I thought that would give my hair volume. However, they assessed my hair texture thoroughly and recommended layering instead (which is a lot less damaging to the hair). Both of them are good conversationalists and would keep your engaged if they see that you’re bored. Be prepared for a fun them when you’re there! Thank you Alester and Steven. Will be back :-)

I never need to worry about a failed haircut anymore and especially more so with bob hair. Did hair botox as recommended and it really helps to tame my stubborn curls and soften my hair. Friends and family are always complimenting my hair and there was even a random lady who came up to me and asked where I got my haircut from. Lovely and friendly service from Steven and Arc Salon, highly recommended to all! ??
