★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service here. I came for nails twice and the nail technicians were always very careful and focused while doing my nails. It is very affordable compared to the other nail salons downstairs in the arcade. I noticed that there were many customers doing waxing as well.

Got a laser hair removal package but they used a setting that was too low for my type of hair (light brown), so it didn't work.
When I suggested we try using the higher power setting to check if it will work, they wanted to charge me full price again.
Just go somewhere else
P.S. My only goal was to get rid of my hair for a fair price and this studio's unqualified staff failed to help me achieve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a full leg waxing and it was my first time with Be Bare @ THE ARCADE. The therapists were very nice, professional, caring and accommodating (I had to reschedule on the last minute and I was running late). It’s been so long since I got my legs waxed and I’m quite hairy. The therapists were so patient and they kept reassuring me especially because I have quite a bit of ingrown hairs, I had two therapists help me. I felt bad because it took awhile for them to get most of not all my ingrown hairs. There were no hard selling to me and they even gave me tips and advice on how to care for my legs. I am definitely coming back for my regular boyzilian and full leg waxing. MY FULL PRAISES FOR THERAPISTS PAULINE AND FIONA @ THE ARCADE. THEY WORK SO WELL TOGETHER AND COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER WELL WHILST WORKING PROFESSIONALLY. I am definitely coming back and I will also definitely reccommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you so much and again I’m so sorry for any hassle. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
