Friendly staffs whom helped me out and answered my question patiently during my session ; The gym has everything that you need and there is a unqiue see-through roof at one of the areas where you get to view the pretty sky while gyming! ; The female toilet is amazing, spacious and clean, I feel so pampered by them as they even have a make up table and hairdryer provided for the ladies ; Highly recommended to give them a try!! ?

Convenient location for me and well equipped with all sorts of equipment including treadmills, power racks, leg press and cable crossover. Love the female toilet.

Given the space, Arkmove has made pretty good use of it :) Good range of equipment, but if I may suggest the following to improve the experience: 1) plyo boxes and more handles so one can reach for the pull up handles without having to occupy a bench and other functional movements training 2) more benches as these are usually fully taken up during peak hours and I've noticed other members at a loss of what to do when it's used by those at the racks 3) floor tiling is uneven at the basement and it does affect stability and training at the free weights area 4) newer members (seemingly the younger ones/crossfitterish students/members) tend to hog equipment at the racks and just talking. A reminder to them may make it a more fair and pleasant experience. Unfortunately I have to say, as a member who joined from the beginning, gym etiquette is lacking in the newer members 5) Music volume is blasting at times, most of us are using earphones anyway! 6) in morning and afternoon, the area where the Smith rack is exposed to the harsh sunlight Keep it up guys!

The gym's environment is quite unlike the rest of the commercial gyms. It has come up with a winning formula of providing members an exercise space that is warm, inviting, professional and clean. If you pay the place a visit, you will notice that that there is great thought in providing beautiful touches throughout the gym. It's almost like working out in a beautiful boutique hotel. There is a wide range of equipment and even a private pod where you can exercise in private if you so wish. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Love it!! This gym wins in strategic location, clean toilet, neat and well-maintained equipment, even generous wipes to clean them. Staffs are always warm, welcoming, care, professional, and fast response; I mean fast! Locker is available for free, no deposit nor that you have to bring your own lock. So easy! Low joining fee and very competitive monthly membership rate. Above all, flexibility! Wish you open a new branch in Marymount / Upper Thomson area.
