Have been coming here for a year, all i can say is great service from the bosses down to the crew. Even before i bought my rims and tyre from them, they already treated me like a long time customer and helped advise the different aspects of the rims needed to clear my intention of installing a big brake kit. Even after installation, due to the agressive offset, they helped me test drive and show to me that my tyre is rubbing against my fenders when i was not sure. 1 year later my tyre got a puncture and they helped to check if can do a proper repair, not just trying to sell new tyres to me. Gave a replacement tyre while waiting for stock to come in the afternoon, without extra charge. Great tyre shop, nice waiting lounge, no pressure no stress. Highly recommended!

Very good service rendered from this car tyre shop. Got their pre-owned tyres which are really cheap and affordable price! Very professional service, staffs are very friendly. Even if you're there to change pre-owned tyres they will still provide you the best service that they offer! Upgraded my wheels on my 1 day old CRV this morning at South East Tyre Co, my go-to place for all things Rim + Tyres. (Over the years I have replaced 4 sets of tyres on my past vehicles) For a month prior up to today, Uncle Ming patiently answered my multiple queries on a “suitable” upsize of rim and tyre from my stock 17” wheel set. With a budget in mind, we eventually settled for: - ATS Perfektion 18” Forged rims - Bridgestone Alenza 001 235/60R18 tyres - Steelmate MT11 solar powered TPMS - And they agreed to take in my stock OE 17” wheel set. Zack Tan saw to my order and personally supervised the installation with the team of professional installers. They worked quickly and with little fuss like a well oiled machine and in an hour it was all done. My wife and I waited in the well equipped and air conditioned customer lounge / showroom with coffee and tea services and comfortable sofa. Thanks Uncle Ming, Zack, Liam and the other uncle (who opened the shop this morning 10 minutes early at 8:20) for the invaluable tips + advice regarding the spare tyres as well and for the “extras” as well!! See you all again in 30,000km time !!!

I had a very good experience changing my GTI 7.5 rims at Southeast. Was served by William and he is a very patient guy, always responding to my never ending questions. He is knowledgeable and experienced as well, giving me some tips about modifying my car. Some things to note about the workshop: (1) they don’t use air wrench and when I ask why it’s because the socket might scratch the rims at the locknut face area; (2) they use torque wrench to final tighten the wheels. Overall I felt they did a very good job on my wheels and are professional with high work ethics. Pricing wise no comments as I did not approach other workshops, I felt so comfortable with William that I decided to just go with him. Definitely recommend Southeast.

Tyres prices expensive then other tyre shop. Service not up to standard bef the shop guys install the rims or tyres to car the service & counter staff with a urgency asking to make payment bef the job is completed. If anyone buying their used rims or tyres from their direct shop or their carosel post pls check the conditions bef buying.

Had a terribly bad experience when I went down recently to get my Citroen rims replaced. After it was done, I was informed that 2 out of 4 rim caps were broken and the mechanic had to use super glue to stick on for me and imposed with masking tape to hold on. It was a new car which I just took delivery 1 month ago and had 2 rim caps broken and just secured now with super glue with a hope that it will not come off after a period of usage. Very much disappointed with the overall experience and will not return back thereafter. Will not recommend as well.

Great service and excellent workmanship. One of the few places left that actually used a torque wrench to correctly tighten wheel lug nuts. A big thanks goes out to William for his excellent service and professionalism! ??

Bro. William is the right person to go for Wheel/Tyre. They (Family business) have been in the market for decades and know what they are doing. The price and service are excellent, don’t need to compare elsewhere. Noteworthy they are the sole distributor for BBS Wheel and also distributor for Michelin. I started with a message to William on an early Sunday morning and never expect him to response immediately. His responses have been very very prompt regardless of how early/late the day is. The communication between us have been excellent, I strongly encourage consumers to speak to him. He will be my to go workshop for wheels/Tyres. Lastly, his workshop is clean and well maintain, and can stay all day looking at wheels. Keep up the standard!
