★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daryl and his workers keep insisting sidewall damage is fine and did not inform me when I instructed them to check after going back to them to replace a puncture.
Luckily I went to service my car 2 weeks later and the other car workshop I did oil change and checks at found the sidewall damage.
Went back with the tyres I got from them and there was no apology, Daryl just insist that it's my problem and obviously my business is not worth his time.
Things are cheap here, and ethics questionable.

Thanks for admitting to providing a lousy service. Yes I clearly had 1 tyre puncture, and upon your staff recommendation to replace 2 tyres for balance and safety, I agreed and asked for all tyres to be inspected.
Complimentary inspection? Lol what a joke. I value my safety more than a few dollars.
You can keep your credits for other unsuspecting customers whom u may not value their safety for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pumped the tyre at exceeding pressure of 280kpa and tyre burst during cornering. They dont seem to take responsibility when their tyre caused accidents. Extremely unethical!
Update: I went down your shop just now yet u said never encounter such incident? My car was towed to your workshop after it burst within a day after i installed from your shop. Look at the damaged caused by your inexperienced workers. How can tyre pump till 280kpa? U only replaced the tyre and an old rim but a have to suffer days of financial losses costing me few thosands dollars!
