โ โ โ โ โ I had visited ART, yesterday for lunch. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. The ambience is great and the restaurant also provides spectacular views of Marina Bay Sands and Esplanade area. The presentation of the food explains why the name ART is very apt. The food was delicious too, but what made my experience even better and memorable was the service. Kudos to Mr. Sugan for that.

โ โ โ โ โ We had an exquisite lunch for 3. The food was very palate pleasing and the servings were generous, both in size and the quality of ingredients. The service was amazing and my guests had a wonderful experience. To say that they were pleased is an understatement. Kudos to Sugan, whose service, willingness to share knowledge and attention to detail was excellent. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor on the National Gallery which allows us to enjoy the breath taking view of the Esplanade and Marina Bay area. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited them on 14/2/22 to celebrate the occasion with wife. Was anticipating the dinner since they are awarded 1 Michelin Star few months back. Was greeted by a lady and she guided us to our table. After which, a gentleman who is perspiring on his forehead asked if we have any food allergy. I told him that my wife doesnโt take steak. His response was kinda of shocking. Personally, I find it rude and not called for. Having been to various Michelin restaurants before and didnโt encounter such behaviour. He asked if we will want to order any wine for the night. My wife asked him to recommend and again his reply was rude. He brought the wine to the table and immediately pour into the glass without any tasting nor introduction.
He have totally ruin the first impression from us. We had enough and we couldnโt help but to seek assistance from the 1 of the gentleman. Good enough, the remaining team members were well trained and polite enough especially a gentleman from the Philippines. Have to really give him the credit. Food and presentation was good! Was really hesitating to write this review. But I strongly believed they can be better. All the best!

โ โ โ โ โ Modern fusion Italian cuisine. Some French and Japanese.
Personally, the most impressive part of the dining experience was the visual presentation of the courses. Especially the snack and dessert course - multiple micro size food on dynamic and creative choices of plates. I was not the first one asked where to purchase the plates.

โ โ โ โ โ We visited ART last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. We opted for the 7 course 'omakase' menu ($228 per diner) and was blown away by the artistry of the plating and the rich, strong flavours of the Italian cuisine - just perfect for a celebratory meal. Despite the obviously small portions of each course (typical of many fine dining experiences), we were very well fed at the end of dinner ?
Do check out the foyer area which offers an unblocked beautiful view of the Marina Bay Sands in the distance.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked the Art X Sommer dinner which was a one night only collaboration between the Chefs of Art and Sommer. I have not dined in both restaurants before so it is a good chance to try the best of both Micheline 1 star restaurants. We invited some foreign guests who were visiting Singapore.
It started great with the oysters and the starters, but there were some misses when the actual course started. The asparagus was cooked perfectly however the mussel cream was too light as we could barely taste any mussel from the cream. The pasta soaked up too much of the sea urchin sauce after mixing but it was still quite dry. The rest of the dishes was good though like the crayfish, we soaked up the remaining sauces with the sourdough. The lobster with artichoke was perfect.
The dish presentation was good and we really liked the dessert and had lots of fun taking pictures of it.
View was fantastic. Book a 6:30pm dinner and dine as the sky turn dark and the city lights come on. Our foreign guests were very impressed with the view and took lots of photos outside.
Service is good with servers smiling and joking with us as they presented the dishes.
Toilet is clean.

โ โ โ โ โ Had quite a spectacular dinner here! Look at their attention to detail for every dish. Definitely lived up to their one Michelin star. Would recommend to dine before it turns dark, and you get to admire the pretty skyline of the city. I was too full after the 8 course dinner. It took about 2.5- 3 hours. But surely worth every minute.
