Art-Noise - 38A Lor Mambong

Came here to get a hair cut and perm. I've never gotten a perm before. I found art noise on Google and decided to come here due to the good reviews. Daisuke was my stylist and he was really friendly! He made my straight hair more interesting after the perm and cut. The service here is really good and my hair felt smoother too! Definitely would come by again

My very first visit to Art Noise and I definitely made the right choice. Initial plan was cut and perm for my negectable hair. Hairstylist was Shuji. He was warm, professional and gave an honest consultation for styling which suits best for face shape. After the amazing haircut, Shuji styled it with my natural curls. He then told me that no perm was needed. Take note that I've always hated my natural hair. Shuji made a change in me to appreciate my natural curls even more! He even made a precise and effortless teachings on how to style my hair with mainly hairdryer. Received lots of compliments after. Definitely coming back for more. ?

Went there last Sunday, and it was a great experience! My stylist Takumi did a great job suggesting to me styles that would suit me instead of the one I had in mind, and he gave me tips on how I should style my hair. Also, the ambience there is very relaxed - it feels like a respite in the hectic lifestyle we have here. Would recommend this place!

Went on a weekday afternoon (which I believe is non-peak), and was greeted with a warm and cosy environment along with a few other patrons. The counter staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and my hairstylist Daisuke advise me on a suitable hairstyle fitting for my hair. I was pretty pleased with the outcome! :) Will be back in the future. Thank you Daisuke and team!

I did not have a positive experience with Arts-Noise and won't be coming back. My hairstylist was Daisuke and I chose him based on some of the reviews here. I told him I wanted something different, he didn't give any suggestions at all and just kept saying it is up to me. The hair wash I got only had one shampoo and I kept getting shampoo flicked onto my face when washing. Because I had a mask on he did not attempt to ask about my face shape, how I usually wear my hair or my lifestyle, and proceeded to cut my hair - he did blunt, quick cuts which were not refined at all and now I have extremely blunt and choppy ends which look really bad. I got a good blow dry which was the only positive however, I was left with a hairstyle that doesn't look good. I was not even shown with a mirror how the back of my hair looks after the cut, and I realised they looked jagged and unstyled when I got home. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. For somewhere with an expensive price for a hair cut (close to $70 even after a 20% discount) this was rather poor service with poor skills. I am sorry for the bad review, but extremely disappointed!

My girl went to a neighborhood salon for a change of hairstyle but the after effect was far from expectation so she went thru rebond to straighten her permed hair & after a year, we decided to go another try but with another salon… Thru a relative’s recommendation, we made an appointment with Mr Daisuke of Art Noise & I feel that was a truly good decision as he is a friendly, patience, humble & skillful hairstylist. I wish I can share a picture of the before and after effect but my girl is reluctant so I guess I can only share how I feel about the experience & leave the rest for you to go give it a try. Needed a desperate maintenance of my unruly hair and i have little time to do it. glad i found Artnoise and made a booking for lunchtime. thanks to Daisuke, i had a great colour highlights, scalp protection, a hair cut with light volume and completed in time to go back to my work! the shampoo and hairwash is nice too. overall a good experience esp for me that just like my hairdresser to decide according to my hair and scalp needs?

Gave ArtNoise a “blind try” 2 years ago, and glad I found this salon. Been returning to Daisuke for my haircuts, and recently highlights. I felt comfortable to let him decide on what colour to use and am pleased with both outcomes! He understands my dislike for high maintenance styles, and his cuts work well for my thick hair. Another plus point : this salon is not at all pushy in selling products like many others too.
