It's not easy for me to give such harsh rating but this spa has really disappointed me. The place is so unhygienic, hot, no aircon and the masseur was not massaging, Jus touching my body without any pressure. After mentioning multiple times to kindly put more pressure she kept murmuring in her own language without improving the pressure. I couldn't take it after a while. And discontinued the massage. They asked me to pay the full amount.. For wasting my time and money. Highly unprofessional people. Just want money but can't give good service.

Visited this shop after renovation. Shop has been fully renovated. Aircon is very cooling and new aircon. Inside the room got shower room and all clean. My masseue is Cassey and she has good strength and know where exactly to press and no rushing. Will return again next week to solve my stiff neck issue.

This was an incredibly disappointing and dangerous massage. I booked a tuina massage, and explained to the masseuse I had a spinal injury and requested she not massage that area. She confirmed she understood when, in fact, she did not understand English. Which became clear when she tried to massage directly over my injury multiple times. The receptionist outside (English fluent) did know, and admitted it when I asked her after my massage. I asked her if she knew the masseuse didn't understand, why didn't the receptionist help ensure that the masseuse understand key health facts about the client beforehand. No answer there. And their inability to implement this simple language fix really speaks to their business practices. I've been to plenty of local massage spots, with varying degrees of English fluency. This is the first time someone literally didn't understand a thing I had to say, and lied to me about understanding. The masseuse was not trained at all, or if she was, she gave a haphazard massage that was not equal and hit lots of bony areas. She didn't understand when I asked her to be lighter on some areas until I literally had to put my hand up and say STOP. This was just a disappointment all around. Take your money, time, and aches to a different massage place. This business had plenty of massage openings for what now appears to be very good reason.

Come to Holland Village for dinner today! I want to get a massage! Then came to the knead spa counter and ordered a casey! Nice masseuse! Enough! Massage in place! It feels so good! One more clock added! I will come to see her next time!

Purposely goes light when you refuse to pay for the more expensive massage options. Masseuse hits the bony areas a lot, not very enjoyable. Spa is empty for a good reason.

It was my first time there, and had a Chinese massage for 90 minutes. The only part I hope that the staff take care of her own health as I could tell she isn't feeling too well especially when the weather is either too hot or downpouring lately. Overall the massage was good, apart from clean bath room and cool aircon. Staff did asked whether aircon was too cold or not, and good ambience despite the place look pretty new. Also, this place is great for couple who look for a nice massage with and affordable massage as they do service for women as well.

Easily one of the worst massages I have received in Singapore. Complete waste of time and money. It was so bad that I had to cut short the massage and leave sooner as I didn’t want to waste any more time there. None of the staff in the Centre could understand a word of English. Will never visit or recommend the place to anyone.
