★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man who I guess he is owner is very humble and helpful. After telling me where the item i want was, he gave a lot of time to choose and decide. I only buy 2 small items after taking so long to decide but he was still friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll never visit this shop again! Customer service is basically non existent. I bought some Prismacolor pencils from open stock. Out of the 7 pencils 2 are completely useless as the lead breaks every time I sharpen them. At the shop I was told the lead was very soft and that it was my fault as I was probably using the wrong sharpener. They didn't really care that I didn't have any problems sharpening the other 5 pencils... I guess it's always easier to just blame the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to place because they seemed to be the only place selling Prisma Colour Pencils and I was buying some for my daughter. Turned out someone else had got her the same pack but from the UK some time ago so I wanted to return mine. Lady behind counter said they have a no refund or exchange policy and it is clear on the receipt. It's true, it is there, but by the time you get your receipt you have already committed and paid! She was unpleasant and when I asked if she could take them back as they were in original condition in the wrapping etc, she said what would she do with them? I suggested putting them back on the shelf to resell but apparently she can't do that. Seriously rude, unpleasant, unhelpful and very disappointing, plus I now have $100 of prisma colour pencils that I don't need because they have a ridiculous policy that isn't available until after you have bought the items
