★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met up with one ID from the firm for discussion as we quite like the firms' portfolio and wanted to give it a try.
First meetup was great. We discussed about our requirements, budget and scheduled our second meeting to have further discussion on the mood board and quotation. However, during the second meeting, only a mood board was presented. The ID told us the quotation would be sent to us in a weeks’ time. The second meeting lasted less than 20mins.
Many weeks have passed and we haven't heard anything from the ID even though we texted for a follow-up.
I find its extremely rude to just ignore messages and disappear especially when the customer took the time and effort (twice at such a ulu place) to meet up with you. Please have some professionalism and courtesy to follow up. Or at least a reply?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met up with Agnes and another designer at their office for the initial consultation (and was forced to do the second over zoom!). They were incredibly friendly and personable. They came back with their initial layout proposal (which had some really good ideas) and quotations all within the expected deadline. The quotation was below the budget that we gave them unlike with some other interior design firms that inflated the costs to match the budget. Agnes did not pressure or hard-sell us into anything, and they even suggested that we interview other designers to compare our options. Ultimately, we did go with another design firm, but we really appreciated their sincerity and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jasper was the one who designed by studio (also the boss) and all I can say it was one hell of a smooth ride. Jasper is a designing god and he made my place look so classy with his play the basic shapes and his attention to detail. Project management was good, everything was smooth sailing and timeline was on track. Workmanship is excellent too.
This company is truly professional at their craft; I heard they are fully booked for the next few months. Although not the cheapest in town, the quality is definitely worth it.
