โ โ โ โ โ We went to many IDs - say 30ish - before we decided to go with Ethereal and it was our best decision. Hace & Chermaine did an amazing job in designing our home. Chermaine has been very attentive and rectifying any issue arising. You cant avoid issue in any projects but as long as it can be resolved & mitigated, it is considered a smooth journey. We love the house, and they both can interpret & execute what we exactly want. It is perfect! Price wise - they are very reasonable given the quality of outcomes. We are so glad that we didn't go for the cheapest ID but we went for trust and quality.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointing experience. We got to know the designer, Steph, from a friend who recommended her, we met her once to discuss on the scope of renovation and all seems fine. But more than a month after we met, the quotation has not been given out yet with multiple cancellations of appointments. Yes, sometime circumstances not allowing us to meet, but the lack of follow up and communication is a big red flag. The last straw was the appointment cancelled 1 hour before, with a promise to send the quotation. And here we are 3 days later with nothing. No professionalism and no basic courtesy. You have completely wasting our time.

โ โ โ โ โ The ID designers (Hace and Deonna) are creative and incorporates the customer intention well in the whole ID design of the house. We wanted a Eclectic Industrial design theme which turned out absolutely gorgeous in reality as compared to the design they had shown us on their drawing blocks (design sketch-up). Hace has an eye for color combination where she provided good suggestion on the overall color design of the house allowing the eclectic theme clearly showcase throughout the house design. Both Hace and Deonna were patient despite fulfilling demanding request and the overall renovation achieved the desired design intent.
