I removed on 8 August and went to check for replacement since it is not cheap. It is only 2 weeks. I was disappointed that the staff refused to replace stating that the part is impossible to come loose. WHAT! But it did. Able to get 50% discount on purchase of replacement.

The interaction was smooth and prompt. Kudos to Tommy who came down to do the installation. I appreciate the level of care and his attention to detail during the installation. My compliments once again for the quick turnaround of less than a week and seamless experience.

The product was delivered and installed, but after installation and trying out a couple of times the resistance of opening the door is so huge that it became a problem for our family. Contacted Ascend Hardware and it was explained that the door closer that was purchased is for heavier doors and was recommended a lighter duty door closer with lower opening resistance and provided a free exchange and installation. After replacing with the lighter duty door closer it was so much better! So note to self to check in with them prior to purchasing anything to see if it is fitting for usage. Overall excellent service!

Installer was very skillful in terms of placement and installation timing, explained to me in detailed as to how the operation of the digital lock would be. Will recommend this to my own clients as well :-)
M	Moon Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed lock in Oct 2021. At first it seems working fine. But later we realise battery run dry very fast. At first it's about 6 weeks, then 5 weeks, then 3 weeks. We have spent closed to $100 on batteries. Once we woke up in the morning realise the main door was unlock by itself. Feedback to office in May 2022 and office say they will send replacement in Jun. Finally in end Jun Joel from their office called and explain because of Spore humidity the motherboard spoil very fast without the coating. We were so disappointed with the lock and wanted a refund. But office say can't change to normal lock bec the hole for lock is different. They say they will replace with new shipping. And will give us some batteries. Finally they replace the motherboard (not new lock, just change new internal) but did not compensate us batteries as promised. He says will compensate me with $10 ntuc voucher instead. There seems to be lack of communication between the installer and the office. Nonetheless, thank you Joel for the kind follow up and rectification.
J	Jim Cool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I indicated in writing about my serious interest in their product for door Auto Seal; their customer service replied and told me to wait for their call. More than 24 hours later, no call from them and no information has been sent to me. For me, this is an indication of their lack in service standards and what to expect if I engaged them. To be fair to them, they are probably very busy with new orders since Covid restrictions has been lifted. Good Luck to them.

Not separately. They were willing to refund an item that I had buyers remorse within the same day ! Kudos. Payment by Nets or Cash/Paynow If you pay with cash, it is easier to do exchange of items in the event of change of mind. Keep up the good work Ascend team !
