Evon was the sales consultant who attended to us. We were really impressed with the service she provided. Not only was she patient, she also made us feel at ease by recommending the products that we need. The installation process for our products were a breeze with the experienced installer. The quality of the gate, door and study tables were also superior. I would definitely buy from Go Digital Lock again if there's a need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all the customer who 1st purchase digital lock for house. I have no idea on selecting a suitable digital lock for my house at all. Once I contact all the digital lock company from google, this company, Go Digital lock is the 1st one response and once they understand my requirement and the lock type of my door, they recommend me Hafele5100 and explain professional to me why. Of course i did compare with many products and many companies, but at the end i choose them. They come at the scheduled time and installed within time, I felt happy with their service and their price is compatible and reasonable.
Then I share my experience with my neighbors and my boss, thanks Evon for good serving them, finally they all get from go digital lock too.

Wherever I faced issues, they patiently guided me and even sent videos and pics to ensure I was doing it correctly, otherwise they would get a technician to resolve my issue within the shortest period of time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in spite of fickle-minded me changing my mind so many times about the design, Fanny patiently changed my selections for me without a word of complaint. Granted they had to push back timing for installation due to covid cases in the dorm of their technicians, but they still delivered promptly and on time. The contractor they sent were knowledgeable and friendly too. the workmanship was good and fast! Will definitely use them again!

As for the laminate, they have lots of variety and even mentioned if we saw any laminate outside, we can also let them know the brand an code number. Finally the door came, it turned exactly what I wanted perhaps even better!!! Their door installer was amazing and knowledgeable, I got my digital lock from TB, he was able to helped me install and communicate with my seller. Overall 5/5

On the day of installation Ah Cheng & Kumar did a very excellent job when doing the installation. They were very professional and made sure everything will install properly and were detailed. They also completed the job quickly. High recommended to engage their services.

Some were flooded with positive reviews by influencers & has alot bad reviews which were drowned out UNLESS you search for low-rated reviews. That said, Go Digital had impressive reviews & best - in the east which is rare.
I met Fanny at the showroom(we communicated thru whatsapp first) and she was serving a couple with (hearing disabilities) with utmost patience.
From the start to the end, she was always contactable and responsive to our queries. We needed samples of the laminates & received it within the same or following day from her suppliers. Very glad to have found Go Digital & Fanny - she’s an asset to the company! Thank you for my beatiful door~!
