I recently engaged Ascent Services. Thomas and John were very responsive and patient with my queries. Sent them photos for a quote and rates were transparent. I mentioned that I needed the boxes urgently so I can have more time to pack and Thomas made it happen. Boxes were delivered to me the next day at 8:30 a.m. in the morning even though they had a very full schedule. They also offered a clothes rack for easy packing and moving. The team was very professional during the move and are very friendly and polite. The move was seamless. They showed up early before the appointment time and went above and beyond asking me where to put the boxes in the new house. After the move, they asked me to take my time to unpack before returning the boxes. I would definitely recommend Ascent Services and would use their services again. It was a very pleasant experience.

First time moving and Thomas came by the recommendation of other neighbours who had moved in using their services. Thomas was patient and transparent about their charges. His team of movers arrived punctually and were very professional in packing up my belongings and arranging them in an efficient way on the truck. They arrived early on the day of the move and were very friendly and hardworking. It is clear that these guys are experienced and handled my belongings carefully. Overall the move was smooth and efficiently concluded from start to end. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a hassle free move.

I have talked to more than a dozen movers cause I wanted to make sure we choose the best and affordable service. I finally decided to hire Thomas cause out of all those who responded back, he was the most professional and responsive one! Despite there are more cheaper movers, Thomas quote was very clear and do not have extra hidden charges. So the booking process was very smooth and easy, he answered all my question no matter how petty they are. Then the moving day arrived! My husband and I were amazed how good they were in packing and organising our boxes and stuffs. I estimated our load will required 2 trucks, but they managed to fill only 1.5 as Thomas quoted! And they were so fast and yet protected our walls and condo paths! They are all courteous too as an added bonus (and what I appreciate the most). They are very professional and I really would like to recommend them to individuals/family moving who wants hassle-free services. I would definitely hire them if we ever move again. We engaged Ascent Services in April 2022. When we first contacted this mover company, Thomas responded to our whatsapp enquiry instantly. Thomas came to our house for assessment and quotation. At the end of our move, the number of boxes and truck load came within Thomas' estimate. Personally, I think it was amazing and is a reflection of Thomas' experience and accuracy. On the moving date, a team of 5 came and they jumped right into action. They coordinated very well with each other, very soon, boxes and furniture were out of the house. They were polite when communicating with us the house owner as well. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the team from Ascent Services. They are professional and careful in dismantling, wrapping and delivering our belongings. Thank you Thomas and his A team. We would definitely recommend Ascent Services to anyone who needs mover services.

My sis and I engaged them for both our houses and we were truly glad we had used their services. The moving teams were extremely professional in carrying out their job but yet very friendly. They took their job seriously and made sure everything was done up to standard. They were very quick and efficient all the way from the wrapping and preparation process to loading and unloading, as well as the disassembly and reassembly of furniture. They even managed to safely move an entire garden worth of plants. Thomas is friendly and very responsive to any queries, and quotes rates that are reasonable for the service provided. All the staff are also responsible and will inform you if there are any problems no matter how minor. Strongly recommend this company.

This was my first move in Singapore and I was petrified considering it was Chinese New Year period and there was a very short lead time. I must admit the minute I spoke to Thomas, I was convinced that I was absolutely in safe hands. He answered all the questions patiently, gave multiple options, very transparent and honest in his commitments. When the d day arrived, his team was amazing. The move was so smooth that I didn’t even realised that I moved homes. Work was done fast, without noise. They were extremely proactive in even alerting and informing me about the whereabouts as I had to pick things from multiple houses. The entire process was smooth, pleasant and also economical. This is my second time using Ascent Services and I cannot recommend them enough. They are a great team, very professional, polite and efficient.
