We engaged CYC for our recent move, we were really impressed. First up, Jessica who coordinated our move is prompt and very responsive to our all enquirers. She typically respond within the day. The packers and movers led by Chandran was careful with the packing and yet efficient on the day of the move despite the fact that the lift broke down twice. If I were to move again I would definitely use CYC again.

We had excellent experience with CYC movers. They showed up on-time and worked with us to identify and move items with utmost care. There was clear communication and clarity on items condition before packing. Mover were extremely courteous and professional. Move completed within 6 hours including unpacking.

Big thank you to Mr Kannan and his cheerful team. They were all highly efficient at packing up our home and setting it up at the new place, despite it being a walk up. CYC has really made the move hassle free. We sent a video of our belongings and the CS team assessed it to provide a quote. Soon after they have arranged boxes to be sent to us so we could begin packing early. On the move day itself, the team arrived on time and the entire move was so smooth and fast. The team took a lot of care to our furnitures and fragile items too. They took care of the moving permits too and were friendly and approachable. Thank you, will highly recommend CYC!

My wife and I had a great experience with using CYC Movers for our recent move. From the beginning, Jessica who helped to coordinate the entire process was very responsive and always willing to help us with our queries no matter the time of the day. Boxes were delivered to us in a timely manner to allow us more than sufficient time to pack all our things. On moving day itself, Kannan and his team arrived punctually at the agreed time and after a quick briefing, all our items were efficiently packed and moved without a hitch. Kannan and his team also took great care in ensuring that our items were protected properly and transported. The entire process from start to finish took about 6 hours. (and it would have been faster if not for the restrictive rules that our new condo had!) Although their services may be slightly more expensive than other companies out there, it is worth every cent for having that peace of mind in a otherwise stressful moving out process. We would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a moving company consider CYC, you will not be disappointed!

CYC made my move smooth and hassle free. They organised a virtual viewing and provided me with a competitive quote. Packing materials were delivered 48 hours later after coordinating my availability. They took care of all the move permits, and on the day, the were clinical about getting things moved and delivered. Really good experience!
