Ordered 2 cartons of beer and the experience was sweet.

I've ordered once through this service and the process was so fuss free that I'm probably going to make a habit out of it. Pricing is reasonable, and the selection is great.

Poor delivery experience. Delivery person unable to speak English. First encounter was a phone call from some random person who told me in Mandarin “he delivers alcohol” without identifying himself as Asher BWS. Also asked me “where” is the delivery location. Puzzled, so I asked him if he’s the delivery person, he said yes. I then asked him if he has the address, he said yes. Then I told him simply deliver the items to the address like every other normal delivery person. *facepalm*To prevent having another needless conversation, I preemptively advised him to use the intercom. He responded by telling m he would call me when he reaches, which is pointless. I had to explain to him the importance of the intercom and calling me on my cell won’t work. *facepalm* Never had this problem except with Asher BWS. Please provide basic training for your delivery personnel. Warning:If you don’t speak English, good luck getting your goods. Strongly advised against purchasing from them if you have high blood pressure.
