★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a fried chicken burger but it turns out the chicken is not cooked at all. The staff offer a replacement burger and we change it the mushroom burger but when we ate into the burger, there was a huge lump of salt in the burger making so super salty. Wanted to feedback to the staff but there was a huge queue. Hence this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to their outlet in Alexandra Village a couple of times and the first time was a letdown as we had ordered takeaway and the fries had turned cold and dry, along with the patty that seemed rather bland.
Tried their fried chicken burger the next time (no takeaway this time) with a side of truffles fries and I was impressed.
Today, I tried the pulled beef burger with the macaroni and while the macaroni was average at best, their pulled beef burger was amazing. I would definitely return to try their beef burger again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The long search for a viable hawker burger (after the one at Commonwealth switched to nasi Ayam) has been found! Delicious thick juicy beef patty burger with soft buns. All for a reasonable price. Fries are free so you can’t really order burger only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm blown away by the quality of the burger! This is what you get at a reasonably priced restaurant with above average quality food. Ordered the chicken burger and comes with fries. Consumed the food only 30mins later but still very impressed. Brings burgers served in hawker centres up another notch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cycled to dabao this and it was still warm by the time I consumed it. Ordered the Smash Double Cheese Burger ($8.40) with Cheese fries (+$2.50) and Pulled Brisket Burger ($7.50) with Truffles fries (+$3.50).
The Smash Double Cheese Burger had really juicy patties, which were packed with flavour but a tad on the saltier side. It’s a good burger and is sufficient to satisfy a burger craving but there’re better ones out there (nonetheless, worth it for the price). The Pulled Brisket Burger was really flavourful too, I enjoyed it thoroughly with every bite. Would have to say this was more unique compared to the double cheese burger. The brisket was on the sweeter side and the texture was so good. Unfortunately because the brisket was cooked in sauce, the bottom of the burger disintegrated.
Fries were on the drier side, but thank goodness they were thick cut otherwise I think it might be even drier. Cheese top up was relatively worth it, the amount of cheese was generous. However those of you who aren’t fans of creamy stuff, this might end up pretty jelak!
The aroma from the Truffle fries was so strong that when I took it out from my bag, the whole dining room was filled with the smell of truffle. However, there wasn’t much truffle taste so I personally feel that you’d probably wanna give it a miss and it’s not worth topping up $3.50 for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know some might say that selling ? is simply an assembly.. but I think they have, with a few other local players, brought their burgers to the next level. They've got this ability to dish out high quality burgers so consistently across their various outlets is amazing. I'm a big fan. Well done guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run by a group of young Malay youths that was originally part of Burgs by Project Warung, another hawker burger joint that has sold > 700,000 burgers, Ashes Burnnit’s recipe is slightly different and I even think it’s better.
Had the entry $5.90 Smash Cheese Burger and it was delicious. Although it’s a rather small burger, it was super yummy and the the accompanying fries was very crispy and hot!! Highly recommended??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No queue on weekday evening. Order was brisk and food was ready in ten minutes. Ordered the Ashes Smash Cheese Burger. It was really really good. The buns were soft. The meat patty were fluffy (definitely not from frozen patty). The burger was juicy and flavorful. This is the way a burger should be done. That said, the burger was too salty, that only down negative feedback.
