★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the worst service and the management is very very bad. When you want to apply for a maid they will talk kindly and nice. But after u get The Maid and if u found out that the fdw is not good and when u want to liaise with the agency they will just ignore u and will quarrel with the customer. I had a bad experience with this agency. I expected a maid who had experience in cooking. And after she came to Singapore to work the fdw told me that she doesn’t know how to cook. And when I asked her then why did she said that she knew how to cook during the interview. She said that she was forced to say by the Indonesian agency. After realising this and when I brought the fdw back to my agency, the staff there told me that this is not their problem. They say that it was The Maid who lied not them. Even if I want a replacement they ask me to folk out money. So if u really want to take a maid from them. Pls think twice before u go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse maid agency ever. They are only out to get your money. Helper was totally far off from what I was looking for. Agency can still claim that the helper is possess. Refuse to help with replacement although they include 2 replacement in their package. They only rely promptly when they ask you to pay money.
