The Center cleanliness needs to step up, especially the sofa area. Full of dust!! I can’t believe it until I sat on it. Besides that I believe there is an pregnant lady she’s is not very friendly too, was being interrupted several times while talking I believe she needs some active listening skills. Bad experience i had with SLM Visioncare. I received multiple calls last week from one of the staff asking questions after questions. Can you guys just stop calling? I have totally no interest of what you are doing and stop harassing me to sign any package. I trust that this is not the way to do business. THANKS!!!!

My son has been doing more than 50 sessions at here, but the result is very worst. CEO promised that he can recover after 30 sessions ,and they use the biological energy machine (it’s actually a Electrotherapy equipment) on his eyes. Since they reopened after COVID circuit break, they said that the bio machine was broken and MOH not approved to use it, so they can not let my son use it. My son eyesight started getting worse, we do all what we can do and follow what they promoted . CEO just said that it must because of he didn’t have a good habit and didn’t do eye exercise. WE REALLY DO WHAT THEY WANT US TO FOLLOW. I don’t know why a CEO can talk to customer very rude like this and don’t want to answer customer phone call. We spent our time and a lot of money at here ,but can not see any good result . Hope our case can let all of you know that this is not a good choice for you and your kids.

The staff, therapist turn over rate simply too high. They have hired part timer, intern and some other worker who have not really ready to perform the treatment to carry out the treatment. The treatment is non standard and many times spotted the inconsistency in treatment. During the eyes test, the checking procedure is also not right. Multiple chances are given for the children to "guess", carry out the eyes test even the child are squinting the eyes, got one time the staff even hint the child the letter that was pointed! All in all is the center do not have good quality control and conduct regular audit. Each of the treatment is very costly ard $80 but we are paying for this kind of service. Disappointed!

Recently visited their center and speak with their staff (Therapist, Assistant Center Manager & Center Manager) and came to know that most of them just joined the company recently not more than a month! How are they fully trained to be a certified therapist in just few weeks or days to conduct physiotherapy for children's? is it even safe?! i'm very concern after seeing their certificate hang on walls! it really hit my curiosity and i questioned myself is this company really doing a legit business in the 1st place?! after reading so many bad reviews and complaint i definitely hesitate. further more to add on, the staff promote me to scan a barcode to review for their business to get a free gift. Frankly speaking that what bring me here for the review and I'm purely sharing my thoughts and not just want the gift only. Parents or customer who have made appointment with them please do a background check on the before you regret it!

Not only for kids but suitable for adults as well. They have unique apparatuses designed to train your eye and also physiotherapy treatment specially for the eyes. Environment is cozy and therapists are warm and welcoming. If you are determined to recover your vision, they are equally determined to help you regain your good eyesight!

Horrible, just horrible. Service is atrocious. Had to wait for almost an hour though I've already booked the time slot for my child. Had my doubts regarding their services and these reviews show it all. Researched it myself and i was right. The person testing for my child's vision is just hoping that my child gets the correct answer. Total waste of my money, will not recommend.
