The operation of the kitchen can be improved.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited for one hour for take away today. Ordered food at 730pm, collected at 835pm. Never waited one hour for Zi char before.
Food is pretty good, not waiting an hour tho.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is okay, sambal chilli is nice, but waiting time is ridiculous! Went on a Sunday evening, ordered at 5.30pm and the first dish arrive at 6.20pm. The Fu Rong omelette, which I thought it is the easiest to cook, arrive at 7pm.. Will return for their BBQ Stingray ($18 for Small). Try only if you are willing to wait.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried their upper Thomson store, that was heaven and Tampines mart one was hell. Everything just taste so way off. Nothing taste like how it was supposed to be. Real disappointment everytime I order it as I always wanted to give them chances even after being disappointed in their food.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst food ever...order sambal chicken rice..but they do I dnt knw what's the food tht...but sure thts not sambal...there provide chopsticks...how can I use that..never provide cutlerys also.. disappointed
