ASICS @ Suntec City - 3 Temasek Blvd

Thumbs up for the exceptional service from Mr Xavier Wee at Suntec outlet. We were clueless looking at all the choices at first. He served us with patience and guided along. He explained the features of the shoes and recommended shoes that suit flat feet. Even helped to check if the shoes are too big/small for us. Overall a pleasant experience!

Received fantastic and warm service from store manager Lionel on a Tuesday evening. He was very knowledgeable in assessing what type of feet / stance I have and patiently let me try on more than 4 pairs of shoes – and his initial recommendation, in the "Stable" category, was indeed the most suitable for my foot! He even kindly answered my sister's questions over the phone since she wasn't able to come down to the store! Was very happy to see that ASICS has greatly improved the colours and aesthetic design of their shoes this season, and I also picked up a very cute dry-fit running tee with the cool-looking Japanese characters down the side. Talking to Lionel made me realise that the Nike 'cushion' shoes I bought several years back were actually not the best protection for my feet though I tested 3 pairs and ran on a treadmill at Nike. (Even so, those Nike shoes were still the ones that finally got me to start hitting 5km runs regularly and that eventually brought me to this ASICS store so can't diss them too much!) I'm really excited to go for my next 5K run with the additional support and stability of my new ASICS runners!

Great help by FISH. Got the incorrect size but he had replaced it without much difficulty within 3 days as the correct size was at another store. Great service.

I went to suntec showroom and the two staff were very rude and did not want to help. Very sad to see such unprofessional service. Later I went to Changi Jewel and purchased and staff were so helpful. Will never go to suntec to buy tiger shoes ?‍♂️

Male staff working on Saturday noon was patient and very knowledgeable, spent some time explaining how my previous injury came about and how not to aggravate it. Really knew his stuff and seemed passionate about what he knows. Didnt manage to catch a name though!

Very poor customer experience here, thanks to the tall skinny ah beng chinese male staff with spectacles. My mum requested another staff to double check if there was size available for the pair she wanted, but he was the one who made loud and rude comment because the shoes were indeed not available. Asics management needs to train their staff to improve their attitude and customer service.

Very good service! Please let Shack(hope I got his name right) from your suntec outlet know he is doing a good job! Couldn't get my court shoe size but he did his best to assist me in finding something suitable. ?

I was looking for indoor non marking shoes but was being brush off-ed with a bad attitude from the worker, seems like a 40yr old uncle with spectacles. He just brushed me off by saying there is no more UK size 7-10 and asked me to go off. But then when I asked to try for the other models, he also said the same thing. Then he said the whole indoor section ran out of UK size 7-10. Seriously? Which stall doesn’t have a single size 7-10? It’s like the most common size… I was very disappointed with the man’s attitude. Very impatient and disrespectful.
