A good selection of sports clothing, accessories and bags. The only downside is the place can be crowded and space is limited to move around to try out items.

However once the staff was free serving a previous customer, they chose to chat among themselves rather than help me. When served, no smiles nor suggestions nor thank yous. Better customer service training required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Suntec City specifically to go to RSH as I was looking for Reebok Training Shoes. However, the staff member claimed this outlet only sells Reebok FASHION shoes and NO training shoes. Was really surprised to hear this as the RSH Facebook page clearly states that Reebok's new Nano X1 (a training shoe) is available at Suntec. He could have shown me this model.
It appears the staff are not familiar with their own product range. What a waste of a trip to Suntec

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have always been patronising Royal Sporting House at Suntec as the displays are neat and easy to browse through.This tote bag caught my eye yesterday( 27 June ) and while i was checking out the compartments, a male staff in grey tee came over and asked if i needed assistance.I decided to buy it and asked for a new piece.After checking the storeroom,he informed me that the last new piece was just sold a bit earlier before me.I didnt have fate to get it yesterday however he offered to check the available stocks in other outlets.Keep up the good customer service Suntec team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so place. Nice inside with solid care. Lady helped me to find shoes and everything was fine until i get home. I opened the box and unfortunately for me right shoe which I didn't try was damaged with stains and discoloration. I called but they didn't have another pair of the same model so i stuck with the damaged shoes. Shame because the guy was packing the shoes inside the box and somehow he didn't see the damage. I haven't as well.
It never happened to me ever. Damaged shoe inside the box hmmm
