Birkenstock Suntec City

Absolutely disgusted at the service the staff where very rude when I came in to look for a pair of shoes

Just visited the Birkenstock Suntec branch (06/07/19), and was served by a lady called Amanda Lorzano. Such a sweet young lady, who observed immediately that I had blisters on my feet, & offered me plasters. This is going beyond her call & duty! On top of her sweet nature, she was able to answer my queries about the different types of Madrid (I didn’t know there are regular & narrow fit, even though I wore Madrid for donkey years). She was able to make good recommendations, & prompt in ensuring that my size was in stock. Happy with the experience & purchase. :)

Alot range of sandals good to go for travel

Would have given 1 star but I actually bought a pair of shoes here. They don’t have much stock on hand even for their new styles ??‍♀️ and the store assistants seemed annoyed I was there trying on different shoes. Looking back I wish I bought online.

Came here a few times and bought a pair here before but I think it’s better to go to other outlets with more selection and more helpful staff. The staff here are not knowledgeable/helpful about the shoes which I don’t care about usually but I recently came here on 8th August to look for a pair for my boyfriend and was interested in the Arizona Oiled Leather and asked for a smaller size, the lady at the counter said that they literally only make that style in sizes 40 and above (we clarified twice that it’s not that this specific store doesn’t have sizes below 40 in stock, she said they literally don’t release that style in smaller sizes??) The next day we went to the outlet in paragon and we saw an identical-looking style in sizes 39 and below..... since we were only interested in that style we had already bought a sandal from somewhere else at that point so it was really disappointing for her to lie like that. Maybe to get out of having to check the stock with the other outlets for us.

Tried two sizes of Arizona, of which one fit well, but decided not to purchase here as the service was bad - had to mention twice to the sales attendant I’d like to try the different size as she insisted it wouldn’t fit. - 16 Sat 2022, 1pm at the Suntec store.

Limited range of birkenstock and like what all the other reviews mentioned, don't expect service nor product line knowledge of staff. Anyway, the store didn't have what I want so I ordered online. If you don't know your size doesn't hurt to go down to try. & Yes, I also received that infamous eye roll. lol

The staff couldn't care if the customer needed help . They were more interested to chit chat or gossip .. if they like it this way please stay at home . I think mystery shopper should be able to access their behaviour and its a weekday which the store was rather empty.
