β β β β β For someone who send food using an electric bicycle i can't ride upwards cos the slope too high for bicycle . Only motorbike and cars can do that

β β β β β Generally a nice condo, but could be better if under different management Too many kids running amok, as limited areas for kids to play. Hostile management and overly aggressive security guards who focus on entirely the wrong things.

β β β β β Great location. Really convenient as it is near the heart of the CBD. Amenities are great as can be seen from the picture. Really well maintained that you won't even think that this condo is almost 20 years old. Rent may be expensive but is value for money.

β β β β β Security here is worst than many of the cbd area who doesnt know how to show respect to contractor and delivery guys, as if we are not human beings... To contractor and delievery guys do take note and reconsider avoid this place to be visited.... i had already blacklist this place...
