★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex that's supremely well maintained. There seems to be maintenance and improvements on any other day which is comforting for the residents. The direct entrance of the apartment is inconspicuous as there is no public lobby. Each block has its own lift and there are multiple entries to that regarding lift so visitors may at times be slightly confused. Noise isn't too bad from the neighbouring surrounds other than the condos behind The Waterford. Conveniently located to Robertson Quay (down the road), Orchard Road (15 to 20 minute walk) and Somerset MRT (15 minute walk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central location foot steps away from the Singapore River for exercising, Robertson Quay and Orchard for restaurants and shopping while still enjoying quiet living. Short walk to 2 different MRT lines. Large terraces and breezy, due to being on a slightly sloped road. Lovely condo, and great value compared to other condos in the same neighbourhood. Highly recommended!
