★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management terrible security, residents having party 12am, shouting and playing loud music midnight. Atas? BS! I stayed in Geylang in the past and Martin Place is worse in term of noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been here 3-4 times. Very nice and posh location of Singapore. Good view of Singapore skyline from the upper floors. The pool is very good and nicely maintained. There are varieties of amenities available. Location is superb and view from top floors is amazing. Nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice condominium with a very huge pool. Has facilities like tennis court, gym, BBQ areas, kids play area and more. Only thing now is that there is a construction; Martin Modern smack right in front of Martin Place Residences. Look for a pool facing unit if you want to avoid the construction. Else you will have to bear with the noise and dust for at least another 3 years.
Otherwise it is a nice condo with very good room sizes and very popular with Japanese expats as there are school buses here going to the Japanese international schools. Overall a good property to buy for rental investment or capital appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare spacious apartments with large swimming pool & tennis court compare to the many surrounding development of similar age. Good size enclosed kitchen with yard area for the 3 and 4 bedroom. Open concept kitchen for the 1 and 2 bedrooms. Suitable for family with children. A favourite with the expatriates.
Tip: If you are keen to buy the 3 and 4 bedrooms, better act fast as those are selling really quickly in the resale market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for a visit; impressed by the huge pool, bbq amenities and tennis court. Visitors parking lots at B2 were also clearly directed by signages. City living with cafes and restaurants all within walking or driving distances. Expatriate crowd and vibes and unlike the heartlanders’ condominium style and environment. My first post on residential locations; previously was all on food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great amenities, the pool alone is worth 5 stars. But not great for people with dogs. If your dog has a little accident on the grass, for emergency peeing, that'll cost $107. A little too steep and not dog friendly.
