★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Don't get lured blindly. Said freight cost gona increase so we kancheong and quickly chose. Paid a deposit and when we changed our minds, boom! Cannot! Cannot change, cannot cancel an item, changing to items that cost within the deposit paid also cannot.... Hidden terms and conditions. Unhappy when customers ask for discount. Rude replies and comments. Not like they gave us free gifts or whatsoever but they did eat our money... So in the end we paid extra 100dollars for items only costing about 200. So please exercise discretion. If u really like to buy from them, then pay min deposit and get them to write in the T&C that as long as items are not delivered they will allow you to change. Period.

Aspire Lightings, I have to post this review. They are a professional team of lighting experts, patient in hearing out my ideas and needs, value-added advising on the benefits, blind spots, technical aspects and installations, recommending me the best-suited choices, demonstrating the effects...what more could I say? Awesome. Thumbs up. I would recommend all my friends to try the walk-in experience. Nothing beats seeing the lights in person and speaking to this team for that wow factor. True blue class, quality and impact. Sincerely thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is really reasonable almost 50% cheaper than the other stores. The quality is superb and reliable, there is also warranty and a physical store for any issues. Not the typical branded shops but selling what’s trendy and good quality lights. Highly recommended! Staff is extremely responsible and would even come by during delivery to ensure the ceiling fan I bought was good size for balcony. And she suggested changing to a smaller one worried the size would be too big. Thanks very much, Lynn !

He even went an extra mile for me, although I bought a extra item, he was able to omit for me and also exchange 1 fan colour for me after my orders was packed ready before delivery. price here is also very competitive. definitely will come back here next time.
