A	Angela Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前不小心按到的3颗星，是错❌的，想删删不掉。这间公司不值得去在那里找女佣，他们就一心想赚钱雇主的钱，女佣是没有任何质量保证的，一切好像就是看我们雇主幸不幸运了。女佣不做回去他们那里，他们也没有好好说服女佣回去雇主家继续工作。女佣回去经纪公司，更好，他们可以再次赚钱转让费用。一个女佣可以转让几次，他们就可以赚取不小的费用。我这次经纪费就差不多$3000，可想而知这个钱多容易赚啊！全世界都说新加坡的法律很严，但是我只能感叹：法律在哪里？经纪公司为何如此嚣张，我们雇主却投诉无门？人在做，天在看，好知为知 The 3 stars I accidentally pressed before are wrong ❌, I can’t delete it if I want to delete it. This company is not worth looking for maids there. They just want to make money from their employers. The maids don’t have any quality assurance. Everything seems to depend on our employer’s luck. The maids did not go back to them, and they did not persuade the maids to go back to their employers to continue working. The maids go back to the brokerage company, and better, they can make money again on the transfer fees. A maid can transfer several times, and they can earn a lot of money. My brokerage fee is almost $3000 this time, I can imagine how easy it is to earn this money! The whole world says that Singapore’s laws are strict, but I can only sigh: Where is the law? Why is the brokerage company so arrogant, but our employer has nowhere to complain? People are doing, the sky is watching, knowing is knowing

T	Thomas Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employers beware: This agency’s has all the malpractices that all other maid agencies have, so beware and be forewarned if you wanna try your luck on them. I had my experience with them and I am sharing my verdict here for your reference. In short, once you paid the money, you immediately realize and experience service deficiencies from their staff. Their focus is on signing up customers, once signed, they moved on to focus on other new potential customers and leaving existing customers to do the job of chasing them for maid’s bio-data. This agency also has quite a lot of hidden clauses that are in favour of themselves and the helper, so beware if you want to engage them.
G	G Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews here, the whole experience I had on hiring a fresh helper last year totally makes sense. Lack of quality assurance is totally true - my fresh Filipino helper was hopeless to the core and so different from the interview when she parroted the prepared scripts. She also tested positive for sylphillis for the 2 half-yearly medical exam, and yet she managed to pass checks to come in to Singapore in the first place. Shouldnt we be informed of this condition? The service provided by the staff Wei Wei was pretty good tho, but we found out she left the agency already. In summary, what the agency only cares is service fees from transfers by providing subpar maids.
C	Carol Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst maid agency I have ever come across! The staff in question who handled my paperwork took over from a staff that left the agency. He did not bother to explain the relevant t&cs to me. The helper I engaged quit on me in less than 1 week and agency wanted to charge me a daily fee until she finds a new employer although this was not mentioned in any of the paperwork I signed. Staff insisted that I speak to the old staff who has left the agency when I explained that non of the contractual terms were explained to me at all. Eventually he refunded half of what I have paid. It was a costly mistake. Demands made to speak to the boss of the agency was futile and rejected. I would recommend to blacklist this agency!
