Their screens are of great quality, and have strong magnets that stay on even with strong winds. The after-sales service was amazing too! Super happy we went with them over the other companies.

Very good service done by insect out Team! Engage them 2years ago to install the magnetic mesh and now ask them to do some servicing due to wear and tear over the years. TC came to replace broken frames and re tapes all the frames again and give tips on maintenance too. Very efficient and friendly! Do engage them for your house too if you want to keep the insects out at bay! Thumbs up! ???

Salesman by the initials T.C was very clear and concise, and managed our expectations well, he showed clearly what we can expect and displayed very transparent examples of what our money will be getting us. Overall he is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience Uncle Amin, the handyman who assisted us with assembling the window mesh was also very clear and concise, as well as considerate towards our needs. He made the effort to check with us on matters such as alignment and slack, before placing down the magnets and I think he really did a good job with going the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend their service!

From Mindy who does super great coordination and communication to TC who is just so so good at his job and a very honest person to Amin who is very meticulous and detailed installer. One of the best investments I picked out for my bedroom. Mindy is polite and efficient in replying to my queries. The scheduling of the installation is also fuss-free and seamless. A sales representative called T.C then came down and explained to me about the characteristics of the magnetic mesh frame prior to installation. T.C is very thorough in his explanation and is cordial throughout the whole process. Installer Uncle Amin is very meticulous with his work and took time to install the magnetic wire mesh on every appointed window panel with great care. He also patiently explained about the care and simple maintenance/cleaning needed for the mesh. I highly recommend InsectOut.
