EduFirst Learning Centre (Yishun - Khatib Branch)

Enrolled my daughter in Edufirst when she was in P1. It was during then that one of the teachers suspected my daughter may have Dyslexia and advised me to go for further checks. Indeed, my daughter had this condition and i made arrangements for her to go for tuition classes at DAS centre. Had i been unaware of this condition, her studies would have been greatly affected. My daughter is in P3 now and is still with Edufirst. The teachers at Edufirst are patient, caring and yet firm. I am constantly being updated of her on-goings via calls or whatsapp msgs. This is a great learning place for after-school care and i know that my daughter is in good hands in Edufirst.

I was skeptical about student care centres as I have heard alot of horrible stories from friends. However, Edufirst changed my mind after 1st visit. Teacher was very helpful in explaining the charges and allowed us to take a full tour of the premise. Communications was smooth through whatsapp and teachers are responsive as well. This is especially important for working parents as we are kept updated on school closure dates instead of relying on the paper given at the start of the year. Timetable was also well planned to ensure students get a holistic care after school. Overall, would recommend Edufirst for parents who are looking for student care options.

Enrolled my P1 boy into EduFirst Student Care this year (2018) and has been perfect since. The teacher will pick my son up from the bus stop and bring him back to the Centre. Thereafter, it is lunch time and shower. I particularly like the fact that parents are able to leave 1 week of clothing including towels for the child to change into after shower. Did I also mention that the parents can leave the child shampoo or bath (labelled with name of course) there? It works perfect. The child then does his homework, if any, follow by tea break and then tuition which is essentially doing assessment books, until 6pm. Parents can start picking their children after 6pm, through to 8pm which is really awesome as working parents can get delayed at times and most centres impose penalty charge if pick the kid up after 7pm. The Centre is clean, bright and airy. Definitely a comfortable environment for a child to thrive in. Although my child has only been at this centre for 1.5 week, it has been an enjoyable experience for him. And hey, my boy is quite an active child whom is not easy to keep him occupied. All in all, I am very pleased with EduFirst Student Care, and will next be enrolling my child for their Primary 1 tuition classes! Thank you EduFirst, for giving my child a comfortable and safe environment after school.

Enrolled my son this year 2020 after reading reviews from google and decided on this student care centre as compared to other student care centre around the neighborhood. No regrets, the place is quite spacious and teachers are patience and understanding. I like it when they get to do their own school homework while waiting for parents to fetch them home. Love how they automatically update parents on make up classes if the kid is absent from tuitions or classes. Going to enroll my 2nd kid in this student care as well!

Always received an updated information from centre, good communication that allow us to know how our children are doing in centre. A big thanks to Teacher Jacqueline from Khatib branch, sometime I forgot to inform her that my child is not attending the center, she will message to ask make sure my child is fetching by her father to ensuring my child safety. A responsible teacher that always updating me and constantly in touch to clarify things.

What impresses me the most of the Khatib centre are the dedications and cares the teachers put into ensuring the safety of the children. For example in one occasion Teacher Cinryl called me just to ensure my son reached home safely as he was not attending the centre on the day and attempt to go home by himself. On a normal occasions, the attentiveness of Teacher Jacqueline when fetching the children from school give me a sense of calm knowing my son is in good hands. All in all, I am happy with EduFirst Khatib centre and I thanks them for their great works.

My child joins Edufirst Khatib since Primary 1. We are satisfied with the service provided by teachers over the past two and a half years. Teachers are always helpful and give support/guidance to my son. They also provided class through Zoom during Circuit Breaker period. My son has chess training weekly and teacher arranges a laptop for him to join his training. I am satisfied with their service so far and will definitely send my younger son to Edufirst next year!
