โ โ โ โ โ Crew was very rude. Especially the one name "Aloy" (see attach pics) when serving food he just threw the food on the table and walk away.
Also why is there no basic hygene in the outlet?? when serving food , finger touch until guests food ?? no gloves ??? what is this basic hygene.
Cashier "Ang Kim Hong" was rude as well. Saw him snatching the guests vouchers just because he is impatient with them.
This place lack discipline and proper professional work ethic.

โ โ โ โ โ Been eating at this outlet for very long now. But extremely disappointed with the way the manager dealt with our plate of seafood pasta which had seafood that was not fresh at all. He came out to tell us that he was the one who cooked it and that the seafood used was fresh, when it was so clearly not. He was not apologetic at all and even pointed his finger at us, saying we can talk it outside the restaurant. Super agitated at his behavior and even stared down at us. He was only willing to apologize after we demanded for one lol. Definitely not visiting again and hope that management deals with his terrible service and attitude. PS. The food was not up to standard as well. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Our favourite family restaurant. Located at B1 Sembawang Shopping Centre. We were early 5 ish. Manage to beat the dinner crowd. ? Food was fast and good.

Nice , medium well yet not tough.
Choose black pepper dance and 2 veg as side dishes. Paid 16.90, peaceful meal.
Staff is ok.

โ โ โ โ โ Service crew is not familiar with the menu. Asked what fish was used for the grilled fish but the service crew does not know (it was dory fish, btw).
Very slow service after ordering. Waited 25 minutes for three dishes to be served.
Food as drowning in their own sauce/gravy with nothing to shout about.
Well, it is quite understandable to get what we paid for.
