Atomware - Mobile Singapore

I came a couple days ago fo fix my iphone 11 pro max screen and lcd. the guy was friendly (i forgot his name). i came right before my school and told him i had a class to attend at 2pm. 25 minutes later my phone was already done! i was also able to see how he changed my screen and it was therapeutic. attached on the phone was a free screen protector given and ive never been happier since i don't have to spend so much and the price quoted was reasonable would definitely come by again to fix my apple products. cheers & very reliable shop!!! thank you

They repaired my damaged ipad screen. There are of cos cheaper shops but this shop came well recommended and they did a great job!

Always wary when coming to Sim Lim, but came to Atomware on a friend's recommendation and they truly live up to their motto "built on Honesty and Integrity". We did a circuit of a few other remarkably shifty stores before coming up to Atomware and definitely had the best experience here. Patrick and Boon did a quick assessment of my friend's phone and carefully explained the problem to us, making sure we understood, before doing the needful. Obviously hope I won't need phone repair services anytime soon, but if I do at least I know that I can find honest and professional service at Atomware :)

As for my recent positive preview of Sim Lim square compared to at least a decades ago, now almost all, I said because as I didn't encounter doesn't mean to there's no more black shop. But so far, including Atomware Mobile shop, I have a pleasant experience there. Friendly staffs, patiently explaining the specs of certain Mobile phones without been irritated, nor the looks from the staffs that served me. I was first been serviced by a more experience staff and when a customer in the shop got problem with her phone, she needed to attend to her and thus the less experience staff that took over was also great, and explaining every questions slowly so I can in understand. I am a got phone to use will do type of person, so after my stolen phone, which is roughly around 5 years old, Samsung A60, I as not very updated in those new phone for the past 5 years. So you can imagined how much questions I have to ask. Soon after the 1st staff settled the lady problem, he immediately came back to me and told the 2nd staff to attend to other customers waiting for service too. Which really really impressed me, because he did told me he be right back and indeed he did. He could have used the chance to avoid me, a noob guy with high end phone. and also Because I do work in HP shop decades back and there's a commissions for only ownsrlf. So him, I forget his, or rather their names after they intro themselves, which I am sorry about it. So I hi have to give a full 5 stars reviews, as not only for their free consultation, they did not ask me whether interested in buying their products. I don't really, but as I took more than half an hour from them, I decided to show my appreciation to by buying a new temper glass which the old one is actually new as I just bought it less than 5 days as I wrote this. So thanks all of Atomware for their excellent services!

The service process fast and price affordable. I fixed my S21+ and they work in 2 days. Also they give me discount cause my screen have very tiny black dot. Very recommended!

My iPad couldn’t be turned on, tried everything I could find on YouTube and Apple support but couldn’t work. Even went to Apple service Centre, they said given what I tried it’s probably a motherboard problem and would charge $500plus. Went to this shop, and they managed to diagnose the REAL problem - the battery short circuited. They jump started it and fixed it, n gave advise on how avoid the issue in the future. All was very fast only took 1h, and they gave a very reasonable price! Great job.

Very professional and can solve any iPhone issue I think. My data was totally lost and they helped in porting data from broken device to mine when Apple centre also declined saying that data cannot be recovered and Apple can’t do anything , this shop turned out to be saviour. They got my data back and also on very cheap price. I would recommend all to try them for iPhone recoveries before going to Apple centre. Very helpful team and responsive . ? percentage recommended

Honest and genuinely helpful guys who will give their best to solve your mobile phone problems. If you have an issue, bring your phone to their shop and they’ll provide a free diagnosis. Services are reasonably priced and may even be free of charge (my phone had an audio problem, which was quickly solved with a thorough cleanse).
