★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name sounds so retro and oldfashioned cool and their branding look is quite nice, but food and customer experience never lives up to it. The food is average - fried rice w braised pork looks so good in pictures and frankly is quite ok. Bought it for takeaway a few times. Hainanese pc rice and the noodle dishes are ok too. Unfortunately, counter service can be pretty bad like some of the other people commented. Wait can be long and they also close a lot earlier than their stated times in the evenings, at times. This place really just has a really good location, serving the building's lunch and evening crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the coffee is good but the staff is not. was there at 345pm and encountered a really rude staff. let out a loud sigh when we told her we need a cover for our drink since its a takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no QC on the food quality; sometimes it’s great, other times it’s bland. They don’t prepare the food according to the ordering sequence either. Our food got served 30 mins after my co-workers’ got theirs, even though we ordered together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to come to Killiney at Marina Square but found that it has been occupied by Attap House. Menu is very similar. We ordered Teh, Ice Milo, waffle and Kaya Toast. While the drinks are okay, the toast was cold with minimum kaya and butter (look at the picture). Waffle was half cook and not crispy like Killiney. Disappointed that Killiney has moved out from Marina. We used to go after shopping for coffee and waffle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it for the first time today even though I work in the vicinity. They serve a lot of rice and noodles and I eat a low carb diet, so not really for me. But today I decided to give it a go and asked to customize one of the meals to get it without rice. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dishes - pork chop was light and crispy, and the curry sauce is spicy without the usual overbearing sweetness that comes with a lot of commercial sauces. Will come back and try their other items!

Crowded during lunch hour but almost empty after office hour.
Love the pork chop sambal fried rice. It's got some spicy kick; it's sweet; it's tender and juicy.
Used to like the hor fun, but it seems like they cut down on the ingredients.
The coffee quality is inconsistent. You might get a sour cup of coffee once in a while.
