★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular haunt of mine, the Starbucks at BV is a great place to rest before work. Quiet with spacious seating, the cafe is a port-of-call for commuters in the morning and busy students in the evening. Try the pancakes with an English breakfast tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to in sg. The male staff was so perky and friendly. He really lifted up my dull mood after a busy morning.
The female staff was so kind to warm up my food piping hot and even wrote a friendly note with smiley face on my takeaway package. ;-)
It really made my hectic day a lovelier one with their friendly chitchat and kind gestures despite the place being crowded and I couldn’t stay to dine in, I was still happy to stand curbside to wolf down my snack after their friendly attitude. Thanks! It was memorable! Give these youth a raise!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service attitude thus disappointing. wrong size of drink delivered but the lady insisted I ordered wrong and pretty impatient, egoistic and stubborn when I tried to clarify. Sure, early morning peak hours, but for a 8 dollar drink, customers deserve better to start a Friday. Plus, matcha powder was still clotted in the drink.
