★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condominium, does not feel like an EC at all. Basement Carpark parking is a strong plus, compared to the usual MSCP that is tiring to climb up and down everyday.
Range of facilities, including a basketball court, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi pool, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bet mostly all the one star reviews were hidden LOL. nowadays the security guards are just lazy to even do their job properly because they don’t even check the people who walked-in but only check the car ones because we definitely can’t escape from the entrance. On top of that, the security guards were just so rude and impolite. Is this how they treat everyone? That’s so sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been really nice & constant upgrading based on residents’ feedback is a plus. Went for a holiday & came back 3 weeks later to find that the B1 carpark has been revamped.
Was not as convenient when it first opened but with the bus stop right at the back gate, and 7
mins away for the LRT, it is pretty convenient now.

Some areas need maintenance and touch up, generally still one of the better condos. Facilities is simple. Only impressed by the KOI pond which I adore!!!! Koi fishes ?
