โ โ โ โ โ Gotta try their basil fried pork with egg. Itโs the classic Thai street food go-to dish when evaluating how authentic a place is. The portion is generous, and thereโs plenty of extra sauce to go with your rice.
The extra condiments add texture and depth --- really complementing the dish: savoury pork floss, smoky fried shallots, and crushed peanuts with just a hint of sugar.
Itโs just like being back in Bangkok, but better!
